|Tony de Movellan, broker and owner, founded the company in 1967. In 1973 we became known as A.S. de Movellan Real Estate, Inc., one of the most highly respected businesses in Central Kentucky. Key contributing factors to this recognition are our uncompromised ethical standards, a sincere and involved interest in our community, and an unsurpassed reputation for professionalism.|
Having an excellent reputation in the Central Kentucky area only was not enough. We needed to increase the number of incoming referrals in order to create more salability to our listings, and to help our clients and customers buy, sell, lease or move across the entire nation.
To accomplish this goal, in May of 1989, we purchased the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. franchise. The Prudential, which is known to nine out of ten Americans, strengthens the national real estate referral network by investing nearly 60 million dollars in advertising each year; prime time television, radio, sports, cable TV and national magazines.
